Whoa...I've been busy...real busy...busy as a BEE!

I used to think (when I was working 80+ hours a week) that I was busy...business travel, meetings, conference calls, voice mail, email, paperwork, etc. Since retiring and living full-time aboard Prime Time, I need 30 hour days just to keep up!

Let me give you just ONE example. When we lived in a house, it took me probably 15 seconds to take a plastic trash bag out to the trash can in the garage. Not any more! Now, I have to pull the plastic bag out from under the galley sink... find my flip-flops...start walking down the dock with the plastic bag...visit with two or three dock-mates...try to identify some waterfowl...check the weather/tide state...FINALLY get to the trash can...dump the plastic bag...turn around...take a look at the new boat on the dock...visit with two or three other dock-mates...stop and watch some poor soul try to back into their slip with a strong crosswind blowing...take a quick look in my messy dock box...check Prime Time's dock lines...and finally step back aboard! Wow...only 45 minutes...a new speed record!

It's a VERY good thing that I don't "work" any more. Who has the time for a job?
